Six weeks long, starting Wednesday, Nov. 10th through Wednesday, December 22nd
Monday & Wednesdays 4:30 – 5:30 pm
This program entails working on fundamental body positions, skills, and drills for effective tumbling. The 3 basic skills that are building blocks and lead up to more advanced tumbling are: handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs. Each class will include a coach lead warmup, body position drills, fundamentals drills for perfecting handstands and adding in more advanced drills over the course of the program to develop walkovers, handsprings, aerials and tucks. Every class will also include a conditioning piece to ensure we are keeping up with strength.
