15 plate hops (forward and back on top of plate)

B: Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets

2 jerk dips + jerk

1.1 (pause 2 sec in jerk dip each time then pause 2 sec in receiving)

rest 30 sec

3 broad jumps for max distance x 2 reps

rest 1:30

C: Metcon (Time)

For time with partner:

30 Clean and Jerks (155/105)

30 bar facing burpees

30 Clean and Jerks

30 bar facing burpees
Clean and jerks must be singles only between partners.

Bar Facing Burpees can be split however.
