5-6 sets of:

3 High Hang Snatch @ 50-60% (speed focus)
Aim to go slightly heavier than last week

C: 2 Ladder trips into 3 broad Jumps (4-5 sets )

Aim for distance on broad jump without sacrificing landing with light feet.
